What is The SHARE Project?

At its heart, The SHARE Project is about putting your oxygen mask on first. By supporting yourself, you’ll have more energy and strength to support your child.


During Three, Weekly Group Workshops you will learn and practise quick and simple tools, step by step.

Why Join The SHARE Project?

With its gentle pace and weekly sessions The SHARE Project tools are designed to fit easily into your life.


In a total of just 3 hours spread across 3 weeks, you’ll go from feeling stuck in survival mode to rediscovering calm, clarity, and joy in your every day.

Each week you'll:

1) Discover practical tools: Each week, we’ll learn and practice, together, two tools designed to fit seamlessly into your life (just a few minutes at a time, I promise!) that you can easily implement, daily over the coming week.


These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions because, let's face it, who's got time for that? 🤔


Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing,


2) Track your progress: You'll receive a mid-week email of encouragement and accountability from me to keep you on track for success!


You will also receive printable resources (trackers, and planner sheets) to help you reflect, grow and stay on track.


3) Feel supported: You’ll be part of a supportive group of fellow SEN parents and carers who understand your challenges, creating a space for encouragement and understanding.
